1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at thereformcollective.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through it. The Site is operated by The Reform Collective LLC (“The ReForm Collective,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a concept founded by Fringe & Form. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
2. About The Reform Collective
The ReForm Collective is a curated destination for enduring styles, one-of-a-kind Studio Creations, and vintage pieces. The ReForm Collective is a distinct concept founded by Fringe & Form and operates independently of Fringe & Form’s current collections.
3. Products & Availability
- Pieces are released in curated edits and rotate intentionally; availability varies and quantities are often limited.
- Studio Creations and many vintage pieces are one-of-a-kind. Once sold, an item is unlikely to be restocked.
- We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph each piece accurately, including condition. If you have questions before purchasing, contact us at info@thereformcollective.com.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
4. Orders & Payment
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, even after an order has been placed, and will contact you before completing an order affected by such an error.
5. Shipping
Shipping timelines and costs are provided at checkout. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the item to the shipping carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final, with one exception: if we ship you the wrong item. Full details are available on our Returns & Refunds page.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of The ReForm Collective or Fringe & Form and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our written permission.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, or to interfere with the Site’s normal operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The ReForm Collective and Fringe & Form are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
